We usually ship out your order(s) within 24 hours(except holiday)
All taxes, duties or other importation requirements (import permits
etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer. All prices
are charged in US dollars or Canadian Dollars. If an item is
out of stock, you will be contacted with an approximate arrival

International customers we accept Cash, international Money order,
Paypal, VISA or MasterCard.(Attention: USA customers if going
to get money order from USPS please make sure get the international
MO which is pink color. The other green MO from USPS only can
cashed out within US and it doesn't work in Canada.) |

an item does not meet with your expectations or requirements,
please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, and then
return it within 7 days of the day of receipt for a replacement
or refund. Returned items must be in the same new and unused
condition in which they were received and must be shipped freight
prepaid, in the original packaging. Subsequently, we will credit
your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling
charges.
Special order items, customized items, food related items, undergarments,
excessively worn and customer-damaged items are not returnable. |
